Step 1 - Tabs at the Top of the Page

Take a moment to notice the tabs at the top of the page. “Home” will take you back to the website's front page. “Join Now” is the page where you enter your company information and set up your username and password for access to Bellenjoy. “Login” is the actual login page in which you enter your username and password for access to the Bellenjoy database. “FAQ” is the page which contains an explanation of how Bellenjoy operates and the advantages to be found from using Bellenjoy. “Contact” brings up an email page if you need to send me a message.

Step 2 - How to Join Adultprebooks.com

Click on the “Join Now” tab at the top of the page. Next, click on “Type of Membership” and enter “Retailer”. Next,please enter the requested company information. As Bellenjoy is not a public website, we request that you establish a secure username and password for your account. After you have entered the information, click on the “Submit” button at the bottom of the page. After the information is submitted, a verification and validation process occurs resulting in a return email confirming receipt of your information. After we have reviewed your application, we will send you a confirmation email activating your username and password. You are then set to enter the website.

Step 3 - How to Login to the Adultprebooks.com

Return to the Bellenjoy website and click on the “Log In” tab at the top of the page. Next, please select “Retailer” as your membership type, and enter your username and password. Then, click on the “Login” button. If the information is entered correctly, you will be taken to the “Movie Control Center where you can begin viewing information and creating your customized POP.”

Step 4 - The Movie Control Center

As a Retailer member, you have a number of options available to you in the Movie Control Center, these include:

• Directly accessing the Bellenjoy database to see what movies are currently pre-selling. This is an ideal way to help you choose and position your products for maximum effectiveness by conducting searches for best selling movies by category, company, star or director and seeing what other studios are doing.

• Looking at the tabs at the top of the page of the Movie Control Center, you will see that you have a number of options available to you. These include:

• “Edit Account” where you can change the contact information, username and password for your retailer account,

• “Printable Materials” where you can preview the printed output from the Bellenjoy database such as custom flyers for customers, mini-posters, order forms and html pages.

Step 5 - Printable Materials - Viewing Your Movie Choices

Here, you can see the new release movies appearing in the searchable database; the various lists used for flyers and advertising; the mini-posters to be used in the acrylic fixtures and attached to email blasts as PDFs; and, in the custom order forms to be sent to your customers. First, choose a date range that will include the movies that you are interested in viewing. Next, you should choose whether you’d like to view either the “Text List”, “Mini-Poster” or "Order Form."

If you choose “Text List,” you can try sorting by the various catagories and see how the movies fall within the lists. If you choose “Mini Poster,” you will see a list of movies that fall within the dates that you chose. Click on the title of the movie and the mini-poster (i.e. one-sheet) will be created right in front of your eyes by the Bellenjoy database. After you generate the Mini Poster, you can click on the "Convert to PDF" and print out the poster on any local computer that has Adobe Acrobat Reader installed. Also, on the same page, you can click on the "Print Tickets" to which you will add your store name and phone number and print out the order forms for your customers. Using our Mini Posters and custom order forms, you can download and print two pieces of paper and start selling a movie in advance of street date thereby locking in your customer's sale transaction so they won't be downloading the title from a pirate site, buying from a competitor or watching on VOD. Your sale, your customer. Period.

Using our system is a great way to try new studios and product lines in your store without having a heavy financial investment in inventory tying up hard-earned money in movies that may not sell. Download and print two pieces of paper, sell the movies, and order just the number of copies that you need from your distributor. If the movie doesn't sell in two or three days, replace the Mini Poster with a new one. After all, it only cost you two pieces of paper.
